You will rent here the upper floor which consists of three double rooms. In addition there is a living area with living-room suite, cable TV and video game. A large bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC for these rooms will be found in the ground floor.
You can also make use of the billiard room in the basement or the terraces and balconies around the building. And you can bake your own pizza in the wood-burning pizza oven at the property.
Totally there are seven double rooms in the house. The large drawing room offers a beautiful view of the lake "Lersjön". It is all stylish furnished and there is the opportunity for self-catering in the small, fully-furnished/equipped kitchen in the ground floor. But you can also order your breakfast at any time, in case you would like that more.
The surrounding is natural and beautiful with a lot of hiking trails just around the corner. There are many lakes with the opportunity of swimming and fishing. You can rent on-site mopeds or motor scooters (Vespas) and just go exploring the surrounding. Quad bikes can be organized for tours and a boat can also be rented, even with fishing guide, just as you like.
You can arrange here quite individually your programme or enlist assistance on-site. In this way this lovely accomodation is also excellently suited for company outings, groups or several families who simply want to experience something else and at the same time will not be dictated every "toilet break" by the organizer.
