Strictly speaking, the "Villa Verdi" is a completely independent annex and at the same time part of the holiday Villa Verdi in the middle of the Öland metropolis of Borgholm. You will have a separate entrance with outside area and garden furniture as well as living area with a small kitchen, 2 niches as places to sleep and shower/WC. The remaining part of the holiday Villa Verdi will be rented in the form of rooms and holiday apartments to other holiday guests. From here it is not far to any possible places. The nearest place to swim is just 100 meters away from here. Shops, restaurants and all other things, Borgholm has to offer to its guests, can be easily reached by walking, thus making it unneccessary to use the car during holidays.

On the summer island of Öland you can spend the nights in this small holiday home with enough room for up to six persons. There is still another, nearly identical, holiday hut at the same property (Object 969) which you can rent in addition when required. The houses have been renovated in 2010 and in this connection they got a new shower and WC as well as a small kitchen corner for every hut. Between the huts there are large hedges consisting of lilac, so that nobody will get you on your nerves here. Inside there is a sleeping area with double bed and a bunk bed. The cottage is situated on the beautiful island of Öland close to Borgholm. The cottage is one of four identical 4-beds cottages that can be rented. Peaceful and beautiful location close to mills and also to the famouse city of Borgholm. The standard of the cottages are simpel and the toilet and shower are situated in a separate cottage shared with the other 4 cottages. However the cottages provides standart conviniences such as micro owen, coffee maker, boilingplate and refrigerator. The cottages also have an outdor grill.
