The villa can accommodate up to 8 guests and is ideal for families or small groups. The bedrooms are comfortably and versatilely furnished:
Bedroom 1: Double bed (160x200 cm)
Bedroom 2: Sofa bed that can be converted into a double bed
Bedroom 3: Large double bed (180x200 cm), a pull-out single bed and a cot
Two modern bathrooms with showers ensure high comfort, and the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. The cosy living area with a fireplace is perfect for relaxed evenings, and the conservatory offers a magnificent view of the lake. Outside, a spacious terrace with loungers and parasols awaits you - ideal for relaxing hours.
Activities & Relaxation
Directly in front of the door, the lake offers many opportunities for relaxation. In addition to a canoe and a boat ready to explore the surrounding waters, there is a great bathing spot with a playground and sports facilities within walking distance - a real highlight for families and active holidaymakers. For an extra portion, there is a barrel sauna in the garden.
