Nice and modern summer house with large open balcony with sun all day. The house is situated high which gives a beautiful view of fields and meadows between the fjords Brofjorden and Åbyfjorden. The house is 60m2 + 20m2 loft.
It is 5 minutes’ walk to take a swin in the idyllic Brofjorden and it is 15 minutes’ walk to a silent small sandy beach in Åbyfjorden.
The summer house is well equipped with kitchen, shower and toilet. There is an fireplace for cozy evenings. The immediate surroundings allows walks in the forest, kayak paddling etc.
With car you can reach popular tourist locations such as Lysekil (25min), Smögen/Kungshamn (35min), Fjällbacka (40min) and the zoo Nordens Ark (20min).
Larger grocery store, pharmacy, pizzeria etc is found in Brastad (10min by car).
