This old holday cottage from the middle of the 19th century is located in Småland right on the border with Östergötland. Rolling landscape with fields and forest with the sea at a distance of about 4 km.

An old grown up garden plot with 3 apple trees and berry bushes, lawns for games and play and wooden deck. A larger wooden deck is under construction. Trampoline for the kids.
You can swim from deserted beautiful rock baths (10 km) also sandy beach with jump tower (4km).
The forests are full of mushrooms in the fall and blueberries in the summer.

Within a radius of 20km there is grocery store, golf course, restaurant, mini golf. The picturesque towns of Västervik and Valdemarsvik can be reached within 40km. Gamleby which is about 10km away there are plenty of second-hand shops.

2 bedrooms (1st with double bed 180X200, 2nd with 1 single bed 120x200 and 1 single bed 105X200 (about 150cm in roof height), guest hut with 2 single beds of 90x200 and a sofa bed.
