The exquisite duplex house half, which is only 15 minutes´ walk away from the city center of Gothenburg, is the perfect choice for all those people who want to live peacefully and nevertheless feel the pulse of the city. The house will be found in a traffic-calmed side-street, the property has a privacy screen.
The holiday home offers enough room for one up to two families or an extended family. On the ground floor you will find a beautiful living room with flat-screen TV, DVD player as well as a Nintendo Wii (please, bring along your own games), dining area and an exit to a spacious terrace with garden furniture and grill. The kitchen includes a sofa which can be pulled out and it is fully furnished/equipped. From the kitchen you will also have access to the terrace. On the ground floor you will also find a washroom with washing machine and drier as well as a WC for guests with shower.
On the upper floor there are three large bedrooms, one of them has an own balcony. Here is also a large bathroom with double washbasin and shower.
For the small children a well-kept playground will be found in the vicinity. During the next time the holiday home will be extended by a large terrace around the house and the paint will be changed. It is planned to finish these works about in the middle of June 2012.
The amusement park „Liseberg“, the largest in the whole of Scandinavia, is only 2 kilometers away from the house. The Avenyn, the boulevard of Gothenburg, with many restaurants as well as pubs and night clubs will be reached by a walk of about 20 minutes. If you do´n´t like walking, you can also use the bus or tram. A bus stop is 350 meters away and a tram stop 650 meters away.
