Only 45 minutes from Stockholm on wonderful Ingarö you can find the Villa Ramsängen, a large house without look at the neighbors and a beautiful view over the water of Baggensfjärden. The house is located in an idyllic rural setting with many walking paths and wild animals (deer, fox, badger moose, raven and rabbit).The house is 170 square meters with beds for 7 people divided into four bedrooms. There is a nice kitchen and living room in one, as well as a TV room. In the house there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and shower and a guest toilet.On Ingarö there are cozy sandy beaches, a bathing jetty, a tennis court and a golf course. There are good bus connections here. 8 kilometers from the house at Värmdö Marknad there is an entrance car park with frequent bus traffic to Stockholm. The buses run every 10 minutes.Then it only takes 25 minutes to central Stockholm and all that the big city has to offer. The nearest grocery store is in Brunn on Ingarö which is 7 km or Värmdö market which is also 7 km. It is 3 miles to Stockholm, the lock.4 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 2 with double bed, 3 with a single bed, 4 with a bunk bed) plus extra bed. In winter, you need a 4x4 and preferably studded tires when it's sub-zero to get there

Es ist einfach toll wenn bei Anreise der Kühlschrank mit Getränken gefüllt ist. Auch die persönliche Begrüßung von Anna ist nicht unbedingt üblich.
Das Haus in seiner Lage und die dortige Ruhe lassen einen einfach den Urlaub genießen.

A real titbit in the skerries of Stockholm awaits the guests of this holiday home-villa on Ingarö at the gates of the capital Stockholm. It consists of two bedrooms, a living room in an open room solution and in combination with the kitchen as well as a bathroom downstairs, totally about 80 square meters of living space. By means of a staircase you will reach the bedloft under the roof with a living area with panoramic windows as well as a sleeping area. This part has a size of about 40 square meters of living space. A underfloor heating is installed in all rooms. Around the house a terrace is winding which has about 100 square meters. A staircase connects the house with a guest hut of 40 square meters. There you will find three places to sleep, a sauna, shower, WC and TV. The main building has been finished in 2009 with a modern furniture. The guest hut has been renovated in 2008. All this is placed at a property of 2800 square meters which is sheltered from inquisitive persons and which consists of lawn, bushes, forest and mountain. Only 800 meters away you will find the nearest place for bathing, located at the sea, with footbridge/landing stage and harbour for small boats. Other lovely beaches are located within a radius of 2 kilometers, like the seaside resort "Björkviks havsbad". The nearest golf course is three kilometers away from here and if you once should feel the desire to leave this little paradise, so you can go by bus (300 m away) or by car to the capital of Sweden and you will reach the city of Stockholm already after 35 kilometers. Day of arrival and departure will be Saturday Bed linen can be ordered for SEK 200/bed The final cleaning can be ordered at the landlord´s for SEK 1500 The sauna can be used free of charge 3 bedrooms: (1. With double bed 160 cm, 2. With two single beds 80 cm, 3. Small guest house with double bed and single bed 80 cm) Next neighbor is 200 meters away from the accommodation.
