This cozy cottage is located in Småland in a small village by Lake Bolmen with a marina and a child-friendly swimming area. A perfect starting point for excursions of all kinds, ideal for couples or the small family.
The cottage is a traditional red cottage with white knots and is beautifully situated directly by a pond. The cottage has a large natural plot next to the forest in a quiet area. It has garden furniture and a barbecue.
The rooms with direct access to the pond have natural light from two sides, which gives a charming summer feel.
There is a bathroom with shower, WC and washer/dryer, a modern equipped kitchen, bedroom and living room with dining area and a comfortable seating area.
The upper floor has sloping ceilings all the way down to the floor. One part has two single beds and on the other side there are seats with a fantastic view of nature. There is also a small TV with SVT play, Swedish channels.
The cottage is located on the edge of the village and it is approx. 500 m from Lake Bolmen. Bolmen is the largest lake in Småland and belongs to southern Sweden's southernmost wilderness. The surrounding nature is known for its rich range of nature experiences with several nature reserves. Two bicycles are available if you want to explore the surroundings and if you want to go out on the lake, there is a canoe and there is the possibility to rent a motorboat at Bolmen's campsite.
The nearest town is Ljungby. Here you can find both the large shopping centers and the small-scale business life and a range of art and culture for young and old.
