Own cottage in Tjuvkil close to Marstrand
A popular sea-close summer residence with the nature around. With a 5-10 minute walk there is a child-friendly sandy beach, jetty and barbecue area.
Marstrand is 10 minutes away and central Gothenburg is 40 minutes away.
Larger bathing places are nearby for example Lökeberg, Tjuvkil's huvud or Rörtången, golf courses in the area are Gullbringa and Lycke, nearby attractions are Marstrand, Koön, Bohus fortress, Tofta Nature Reserve and the meadows at Äggdal, Åstol, Dyrön, Klädesholmen and Albäd.
Shopping is available in Kongahälla.
On the plot is cottage of approx. 20 m2 which includes a bedroom with two smaller bunk beds and a living room with a simpler kitchen area. The kitchen area includes stove, oven, fridge, freezer, coffee machine, microwave. In the same room there is also a TV and a sofa bed (140 cm) for two people.
On the outside in an east facing position is a covered terrace with a roof, sink and dining area.
In a separate house there is a water toilet, shower and washer / dryer.
Outdoor furniture and barbecue are available. The cottage has sun all day with a high free position. On the large plot (just over 1600 sqm) there are also shady lots and a lovely lawn for play.
