This cozy holiday home is located near fantastic lakes where you can spend the whole day, hiking through beautiful forests, fishing or shopping in Kalmar, Oskarshamn etc.
There are many tourist attractions such as going to Dressin, Astrid-Lindgren's World, Skiing in the winter, Moose Park, Glasbruk and lots of cozy cafes or shops.
The house has a comfortable living room with a sofa and a fireplace, dining table for 6. In a separate kitchen you will find everything you need. The 2 bedrooms have a double bed and 3 beds (1 bunk bed for 2 and a single bed). There is a bathroom with a shower. The large covered terrace can be used all day during the summer or perhaps for a cup of coffee in the fall or winter.
In the basement you will find a large bathroom with bathtub and washing machine. There is a room used as an office or guest room as well as a 3rd bedroom with a double bed. The windows let in a lot of light.
The house has air conditioning so you can cool off on hot summer days or warm up when it's a bit chilly.
The large garden has plenty of space for all kinds of activity. A charcoal and a gas grill are in the shed. You can also park your bike here. Your car can park within the property as well.
