This wonderful holiday home is spacious and has a lot to offer with a sauna, winter garden, outdoor kitchen, and much more. The house was completely refurbished in spring 2023. It was built to a rock-solid standard. The property is within walking distance of the Baltic Sea in the beautiful Oskarshamn archipelago with its own boat berth and nearby Baltic Sea bathing areas. On the land side, the house is in a beautiful, quiet residential area (cul-de-sac) just 6km from downtown Oskarshamn. Oskarshamn is a tranquil little port town with a beautiful downtown area and a wide range of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and the like. There is also a lot to experience in the area around Oskarshamn. The university town of Kalmar with its lively pedestrian zone and its own castle is about an hour away by car or train. The ferry takes you to Gotland in three and a half hours, the crossing is definitely worth it. The island of Öland is easily accessible by car via Kalmar and in summer from Oskarshamn via a direct ferry connection. By car or train, you can also reach the Astrid Lindgren town of Vimmerby in around 1 ¾ hours. The journey to the port town of Västervik in the center of the Västervik archipelago also takes just an hour. But you can also just stay at home and relax. The kitchen leads to a smaller terrace facing east, where you can enjoy the morning sun. For beautiful sunsets, you can sit on the large west terrace with outdoor kitchen. The garden with its rocky landscape provided by Mother Nature literally smells of the Swedish archipelago. Even when it rains, you like to stay in the covered summer/winter garden. The house is spacious and beautiful. There are four bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and two living and recreation rooms (each with a fireplace/stove).
