At that place, where you will no longer find meadows and the forest gradually stretches in front of you, you will find this holiday home with a large property at the end of a way. Apart from your landlord who also lives there, you will live secluded without any human neighbors.

The house, dating from the year 1905, was built with two floors and includes a kitchen with wood-burning stove and an electric cooker, two bedrooms, a TV room as well as a living room with tiled stove.

Heating can be done with wood or with electric heating. The house has a certain need for renovation with, for example, painting both inside and outside, but is fully functional.

The nearest opportunity for swimming and fishing will be found at a lake which is a bout 1 kilometer away from here. The legendary "Inlandsbana", a train connection which leads far up to the north, has its tracks at a distance of 250 meters from the holiday home.
Not far from here you will encounter the canal system of the Bergslagskanal, located between the lakes Ullvettern and Öjevettern. The nearest place where you can ren t a canoe will be found at a distance of 5 kilometers. In case you want to leave this beautiful spot of nature once in order to go for a day trip, so the towns of Karlstad or Örebro really could be recommended which are about 75 kilometers away from the house.
