Holiday home with large garden and some sea views over the lake Fryken.

Only ten minutes walk to the lake Fryken and big nice swimming area. 6 km to the Sunne, with access to shops and many activities, including Sunne Waterpark, Sunne golf course, Rottneros Park, Marbacka etc. Walking - and cycling distance of two hotels / inns with eg food service.

The cottage has a simpler standard with a fresh, newly renovated outhouse toilet. Running hot and cold water inside the cottage plus garden pump in the garden. Nicely outside shower with dressing area and hot water from the water heater.
Otherwise, the full standard in the kitchen, with fridge, freezer, cooker (hobs, no oven) and microwave. Wood stove that can be burned in.
Five beds, three up on the loft and a sofa bed for two in the living room.
Large garden with apple trees, garden furniture and barbecue facilities. Sun all day.
