Newly renovated archipelago holiday house by the sea
This beautiful and well-planned holiday house with sea views is located at Bokenäset, close to Fiskebäckskil, Grundsund and Lysekil. Only 100 meters to the sea with beach and pier for salt bath and crab fishing.
The holiday home has a large, lovely south facing south facing terrace where you can enjoy the sun or barbecue in the evening. There is also a dining area with infra-red heating, where you can have your breakfast or sit for a long time in the evenings. The terrace continues throughout the house with several places with sunbathing area, or relaxing in the lounge area. There are ramps on both sides of the house that make it easy for disabled to get on both inside and out.
Immersed in the terrace there is a new hot tub for four people to swim around the clock.
In the modern kitchen you can look out over the sea while cooking. Adjacent to the kitchen is a lovely dining area where you can look out over the sea or enjoy a fire while eating.
In the living room there is a sofa and armchair where you can enjoy the wood burning stove, look out over the sea or watch TV.
There are two spacious bedrooms with a total of four beds. The modern bathroom has a shower and washing machine.
It is a quiet area with proximity to nature. Suitable for those who like crab fishing, swimming, fishing and picking berries or taking a walk to the nearby lake. If you like a trip by car, it's close to most of the west coast's pearls with cozy restaurants, shops and the opportunity for nice boat trips, sea fishing or tennis and golf.
Near to Lysekil with the Sea House or Smögen with the Ark of the Nordic Region, it is 20 km to Torps shopping mall and about 100 km to Gothenburg.
Next neighbor is 50 meters away from the accommodation.
