Description
This property consists of two holiday houses with large common areas and guest cottage.
The smaller house is about 75 m2 in one half plane. Kitchen with cold water, refrigerator with freezer, hot plates with small oven and wood stove. Two fireplaces. Two bedrooms with 4 beds. Spacious upper floor which is open to the ridge. Separate shower / toilet are available to use in the main house with separate entrance from the back.
The main house is approximately 200 m2 in 1 3/4 plan. Large hall with fireplace. Kitchen with stove, wood stove, fridge / freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee machine. Three bedrooms with a total of 5 beds. Two toilets with shower, one of which is a separate entrance from the outside, going to the smaller house. This can, however, make use of the second house is empty. Large upstairs with open to the ridge, fireplace, bar, sofas and large dining table.
A guest house with 4 additional beds are available. The number of beds is not fixed and can be changed as desired.
The houses are separated with tranquil surroundings, a few neighbors to the end of the road. The farm is located in Tiveden, a few hundred meters from Lake Unden western beach with crystal clear spring water. Solitary shallow beaches are within the immediate area as well as equestrian and hiking trails. July to September is filled forest of easily accessible berries and mushrooms just around the corner.
The nearest village is Undenäs 13 km with petrol station and grocery store. 22 kms to Tiveden's food, prestigious and renowned restaurant situated in the forest.
Other cities in the surrounding area are Karlsborg, popular summer resort on the lake. Töreboda with Göta canal. Tiveden's National Park 30 km. Very Poppular with hiking trails in the wild untouched nature.
Little house: 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: with double bed 180 * 200, bedroom 2 with two single beds 70 * 180), there are also four beds 80 * 200 available upstairs.
The big house: 3 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: with double bed 180 * 200 and baby bed 70 * 180, bedroom 2 with 2 single beds 90 * 200, bedroom 3 with sofa bed for one person.
Guest hut: 2 bedrooms (Bedroom 1: with 2 single beds 80 * 200, bedroom 2 with double bed 180 * 200 and extra bed if needed 80 * 200)
Advertised prices are valid for up to 10 people. Each person (no childs between 0-3 years) beyond 10 cost 145 EUR/ week extra.
