This modern holiday home is part of a small holiday village, which is located directly on the beautiful lake “Fiskestadsjön”. The settlement consists of 10 similar houses and two heated pool areas. The ideal place for a wonderful holiday.
The house is approximately 70 square meters. Inside there is a kitchen (including dishwasher) and an open living area, a bathroom with shower and 3 bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with a large double bed (1.80 x 2 m), the second bedroom has two single beds, and the third bedroom has a small double bed (1.40 x 2 m).
The house has an enclosed terrace with a pavilion, comfortable garden furniture, two sun loungers and a charcoal grill. Internet (wifi) is available.
A rowing boat can be used. 4 life jackets for adults and two life jackets for children are available.
A large lawn can be used for all forms of play and fun. Soccer goals are available. There is a small sandy beach on the lake and two fires/barbecues.
Lake “Fiskestasjön” is good fishing water. The main target fish are pike and perch. There are other top fishing waters not far away, particularly the Asnen and the Tiken.
The nearest supermarket is in Väckelsang (5 km).
Lake Åsnen and its nature reserve are particularly suitable for activities and excursions in the surrounding area. The nearest large town is Växjö (35 km). Älmhult with the IKEA museum there is also easily accessible. “Astrid Lidgren's World”, Bullerbü and Kathult near Vimmerby are easily accessible for a day trip (~ 160 km; 2-2.5 hours). In addition, destinations on the Baltic Sea (e.g. Karlskrona or Karlshamn) are not far.

All houses have a brand new patio with barbecue and comfortable outdoor furniture under a pavilion, paved corridors between the houses, brand new pool areas, walkways by the lake and a boat with electric motor to each cottage. All houses have lake views and are close to 2 fenced pool areas with large pool deck, patio furniture and sun loungers. The pools are heated and covered with glass roof. You have a have wc & shower, kitchen and open plan living and open up in nock. 3 bedrooms with 2 single beds in each bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with stove / oven, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, micro, crockery, kitchenware. Satellite TV and swedish channels are available in the house. You have your own patio with 8 chairs and a large table under a pavilion. On the patio there are charcoal grill and sun loungers. There are both a beach volleyball field and large areas of lawn for any kind of fun and games at the complex. The holiday village has two adjacent areas with holiday homes. Each area has access to its own pool area. All houses have lake views and are located close to the enclosed pool areas. The pools are surrounded by large wooden terraces with garden furniture and sun loungers, are heated and have glass sliding roofs. You have your own terrace with 8 chairs and a large table in a garden pavilion. There is also a charcoal grill and sun loungers with grill and comfortable seating under a garden pavilion. There are asphalted walkways between the holiday homes, new pool areas and walking paths by the lake. Daily fishing cards cost about 100 SEK, weekly fishing cards cost 200 SEK. The fishing cards are valid for Fiskestadssjön (lake) and Kroksjön (lake).
