That is the description of this holiday home in the Halland region, only about 5 minutes away from the lake "Sjönevadssjön".
It is located at a property of 4000 square meters and has four bedrooms, a large living room, kitchen, bathroom (the large bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin is in the basement and the small bathroom with toilet and wash basin upstairs.) an extra toilet as well as a garden with a small playhouse and many fruit trees.
Around the holiday home you will find meadows, forest, ponds and one neighbour at the other side of the way. You will live here right in the middle of many small and larger lakes. The lake Sjönevadssjön, already mentioned, has a nice place for bathing and fishing is here free of charge. The slightly older house is simply and functionally furnished and also offers larger families an inexpensive alternative for a holiday in Sweden
However, you can also go for a trip to one of the beautiful West Coast towns like Falkenberg, Varberg or Halmstad, go for a canoe tour on the river Ätran or simply visit the beautiful bathing beaches of the West Coast.
