Modern and comfortable living on Gotland
This holiday home is built in summer 2011.
The living room has a heigh ceiling and the three bedrooms are located each at the corners of the house and directed towards east, west and north.
The kitchen is up-to-date furnished/equipped, so that self-catering can be arranged in a comfortable and pleasant way. The living room includes not only the dining place, but also TV, DVD player and Internet as well as radio. In the bathroom you will find the shower, WC and as well as washing machine and drier. In another room there is the heating pump and an extra an toilet.
The holiday home has a detached location concerning other neighbors and is about 200 meters away from the residential building of your landlord family. An own small way leads to the house and you can reach it directly by car and also park there.
Towards the east you will find woodland areas and to the west there are areas of ecologically cultivated land, belonging to your landlord.
The island capital of Visby you will reach already after 10 kilometers and a supermarket after half of the distance in direction eastwards. Of course there are also opportunities for swimming on Gotland. If you want to go swimming at the coast, you have to cover a distance of 15 kilometers. However, there is also a quarry which is 8 kilometers away where you can go swimming. Bus stop 1 K away from the house.
