Description
This holiday home is located in the Östergötland region, only a short walk through the forest away from the large and clear lake "Östra Lägern" with its many small islands.
Here you will also find a small private place for bathing and grill, belonging to the farmstead, as well as a boat which you can use, for example, to tackle fishing in the lake.
Downstairs the house consists of a well furnished/equipped kitchen, a large living room as well as toilet with washing machine and drier. Upstairs you will find the two bedrooms, wardrobe, clothing store as well as bathroom with shower and WC.
The house has been renovated in 2010, has a good standard and is part of a farmstead which is no longer active, however surrounded by pasture where for the mos part cows are grazing.
In August you will have the opportunity to experience here the typical Swedish fishing for crabs.
The next locality is Rydsnäs. Here you will find a small supermarket, lunch restaurant, you can get your fishing licence here or even rent a canoe.

This attractive holiday home is located on a F.D. farm at Lake Östra Lägern. Here you have an unobstructed view of the lake and a small beach is within walking distance. Sit on the front porch and follow the deer and wild boar walking by in the evening. The holiday house has nice and well thought-out interior that suits families very well. The lake offers very good fishing and swimming. Own boat included. Stroll in the beautiful countryside and the woods around the house. The spacious grounds offer all the space to play, the surrounding area offers beautiful hiking trails. At only 400 meters is a nice beach, shared with a few cottages at the recreation area (400 m), with a small slide. Bring the grill and enjoy a long day at the lake! Fishing licenses purchased at the petrol station 5km. Lower ground floor consists of a nice living room with fireplace and dining area. Kitchen with everything needed as well as a dining area. Bathroom with toilet, shower and washing machine. From the hall will get you on the front porch with a small bench, here you have a wonderful lake view. Garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Toys for outdoors and board games available. The cottage is situated on a little hill, 2 km near a bathing area in Lake Boen. You have access to fishing by rowing boat in lake Axebosjön. Here you live in an lonely location with the nearest neighbor 550 meters away. Svinhults Hembygdsgård, Eksjö with the old town, the Skurugata ravine, Bruzaholms Bruk and Astrid Lindgren's World (48 km) are located in the surrounding area.
