This timbered cottage was renovated 2016/2017 is fully modern, with sun deck in the south and large plot with space for play.
The cottage is situated on a little hill, 2 km near a bathing area in Lake Boen. You have access to fishing by rowing boat in lake Axebosjön.
Here you live in an lonely location with the nearest neighbor 550 meters away. Svinhults Hembygdsgård, Eksjö with the old town, the Skurugata ravine, Bruzaholms Bruk and Astrid Lindgren's World (48 km) are located in the surrounding area.
The surrounding area consists of wooded hilly terrain and close to the county's highest altitude reaching 327 meters above sea level. Close to some of Yder's most popular destinations; waterfall Brantefall, Susehålsravinen and Silverån.
You enter a bright hall with shoe & hat shelf. A spacious bedroom with two single beds, wardrobe and chest of drawers. Bathroom with shower, WC and wash basin. Also there is a washing machine, washing.
Living room with fireplace (free fire wood), flat screen TV, a corner sofa that can be converted into 2 persons bed (children) and a spacious dining table up to 7 people.
There is a well equipped kitchen with exit to the sun deck in the front cottage with table and 4 chairs.
Bedroom number two has bunk bed, extra bed and wardrobe. The hall leads to a south-facing wooden deck with garden furniture and barbecue.
