At the far end of Yxlöstrand lies this stunning beach cottage on Yxlan towards Blidösundet.
The holiday home offers secluded and unspoiled location about 5 km from car ferry and small country store. About 90km from Stockholm city and about 20km to Norrtälje. A larger supermarket is available at Blidö.
Yxlan is connected to the mainland via car ferry. It is also good to go by bus by Norrtälje or archipelago boat to Yxlövik from Stockholm.
The sun rises above the plot from the sea side and shines over the plot from six in the morning until seven in the evening.
From here it is not far to Furusunds Wärdshus or Blidö Wärdshus. Even Högmarsö Krog and Högmarsö Varvet are nice restaurants that can be reached by car or private boat.
This wonderful seagull is directly adjacent to the water. The cottage accommodates two sleepers, modern kitchen, wood burning sauna and shower. In direct connection but separated there is a backyard with room for two people. Dryer toilet is in the back yard. Large sun deck, own dock with space for boat. A rowing boat with auxiliary motor can be borrowed.
